Happy Mothers Day to you Joan. Having read your blog for awhile now I feel as if I know you some. My guess is that you are a great Mother and throughly enjoy the tital of MOM. I am the mother of three boys, two are five year old twins and I know this is our special day. Enjoy the day with your family. Those look like Dogwood flowers. Beautiful——–
I wish you were here to photograph all these magnolias and gardenias blooming. It’s a treat for the senses — gorgeous and fragrant. I wonder…. can you pull off scratch and sniff photos??
Thank you ladies, yes it is a Dogwood. They grow in the wild like crazy around here… I’m hoping to get some pictures of a forest of them just a few miles away while they’re all in bloom. The ones in this post were taken in a friend/ neighbor’s gorgeous garden. She’s got a green thumb like no one I’ve seen.
Lacy… Scratch and sniff? Hmmm… I’ll have to think on that one. Maybe if I pour koolaide on the computer screen?
